Inventory

Arrival by public transport
The arrival by public transport to the Swiss Holiday Park is also very easy. Drive to Brunnen, where you take the bus no. 504 to Morschach at the railroad station Brunnen. Get off at the Swiss Holiday Park stop and you are already right in the middle of our resort.
A particularly nice way to get there is to take a boat, e.g. from Lucerne on Lake Lucerne to Brunnen and change at the Brunnen stop to bus No. 504 to Morschach.

We always try to repair all defects immediately. However, if you find a defect in your room or in the apartment, we ask you to report it to us.

Luggage
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and already want to use our attractions, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room. This also applies when you leave after check-out.

Kitchen towels
You can rent additional kitchen towel sets at the reception for CHF 5 per piece.

Minibar
In the hotel we have removed the refrigerators for environmental reasons. If you need a fridge for medication or baby food, you can borrow one at the reception for free.

Sewing service
Do you need help for a small repair on a piece of clothing? We will be happy to do it for you. Please contact the reception.

Mail/postcards
We are happy to accept stamped mail at the reception desk. Stamps are available in the store or at the post office (municipality). Postcards of Morschach, the Swiss Holiday Park and the surrounding area are available in our store in the leisure park.

Safe
In the hotel there is a safe in the room. For guests in the vacation apartments or in the hostel we are happy to provide a safe deposit box at the reception free of charge. Please contact the reception staff.

There is a waste collection point for general waste, glass, green waste, sheet steel, PET, Nespresso capsules at the Bauen and Rigi houses.

We take the issue of sustainability very seriously. We have been CO2 neutral and Green Globe certified since 2017. We are constantly working to improve our eco-balance with large and small measures.

Tip:

The adventure pool, sauna area and Roman-Irish thermal baths are located in the leisure park, 1st basement.

Sauna area
Located in the leisure park on the bathing level. The spacious sauna area offers 400 square meters of different saunas and a varied infusion schedule. Admission is free for hotel and hostel guests. For guests in the vacation apartments we charge a small surcharge of CHF 5.

Roman-Irish thermal baths
Located in the leisure park on the baths level. The Roman-Irish thermal baths in the Swiss Holiday Park are the only baths in Switzerland with a brine bath and brine bubble bath. Special price for overnight guests, CHF 20.

Bathrobes& bath towels
Holiday apartment guests and hostel guests can obtain them for a fee at the pool cash desk. For hotel guests, bathrobes and bath towels are included.

The modern farm was opened on June 21, 2014 and has since been operated as Erlebnishof Fronalp by Swiss Holiday Park. On the small farm, which is located on our premises, live many native animals, some of which are breeds of ProSpecieRara. A highlight are the riding offers. Around the horse there are exciting and unforgettable experiences for day and overnight guests. Ideal for riding vacations in Switzerland.

Philosophy - species-appropriate and yet full of exciting experiences At Erlebnishof Fronalp, the animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner so that they remain healthy and also have their rest periods. Nevertheless, visitors can experience exciting things here. They are integrated into the daily farm life and children learn in a playful way how a real farm works. They learn where the milk comes from, how cheese is produced or how a baby calf is born.

Fronalp Adventure Farm

Our in-house adventure farm will delight not only the younger guests. Our trained riding instructors give riding lessons with child-friendly and patient horses.

To the riding school

During two hours your child learns tips and tricks around karting. The goal is to train a safe and accident-free karting, which also provides fun and enjoyment of karting. Among other things, theory, driving technique and other interesting details are explained. At the end, each child receives a small confirmation of the course.
