VR Arena FAQ

Individual VR games are suitable for ages as young as 8.

For all people from 8 years old who are enthusiastic about games.

Changes or cancellations must be reported to the sports team 48 hours in advance.

You can print the ticket, or present it digitally.

Come by 5 minutes before the start. So that we can instruct you in advance.

The delay will shorten your playing time. Upon request and availability, we can move your reservation to the next gap.

You can easily put on the VR goggles over your own glasses.

Clothing choices don't play a role in the VR experience.

All games are designed for at least two people. Single players are not supported.

One game lasts at least 5 minutes. The Escape Room lasts 60 minutes.

The maximum body weight is technically 150 kg.

Alcoholized participants may be excluded from the flight. There is no right to reimbursement of the entrance fee
