Yes, the gondolas are bookable for a number of persons between two and four.
Theoretically, one person can also book the gondola. However, no money will be refunded if the ticket amount of CHF 60.- is not reached by the consumption on site.

If there are more than four people, the tickets purchased online will be used to divide the people among the different gondolas. For group bookings of nine people or more, please contact our Meeting and Events Team by mail or phone.

Yes, the reservation in the gondola is limited to two hours.

Yes, the gondolas are set up for our popular fondue and no other food can be served. If fondue is not an option, the Schwiizer Stube is the best alternative for you - there we serve many alternatives besides fondue. Our Fondue Gondola menu card is available online here:

To the menu

There are heaters available for you in the gondolas. In addition, blankets, for extra warmth, can be requested from our service staff.
Opening the window could also lower the temperatures.

Unfortunately, the gondolas do not have the possibility to additionally equip the seating for small children. On site we have cushions to achieve a higher seating position.

We will be happy to put together an individual supporting program for you, which includes a cosy dinner in our fondue gondolas. A total of 7 gondolas are available for a maximum of 28 people.

If a fondue gondola booking is canceled, a voucher for the amount paid will be issued. However, this will only be done if the cancellation is made in writing 24 hours before the actual booking. After this time a refund is not possible.

It is not possible to enter the gondolas with a wheelchair.
