Arrival is possible on all days, minimum stay 3 nights.

During the school holiday period , the apartments are only bookableby the week andfrom Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Since many guests arrive by public transport, we do not include the parking fees in the overnight price, but charge these costs according to the polluter pays principle.

You wish an intermediate cleaning? This includes: Cleaning of bathroom and toilet, dusting, vacuuming and wet mopping of the floor, superficial cleaning of the kitchen, putting dishes into the dishwasher, disposing of waste. We will be happy to do this for you for a small service fee:

Eating pass for children
The eating pass can only be claimed during the buffet times, except for the breakfast buffet. Included are lunch, afternoon meals, dinner and drinks buffet. The dining pass can be purchased at any time (also in advance) at the desk of the restaurants il Gusto and Panorama and is valid for one day.

Rental equipment

Library / Ludothek A selection of books is available free of charge in the hotel lobby. You can also use games and puzzles free of charge (deposit per game / puzzle). Please report to the sports desk in the leisure park building.

Baby articles If you are travelling with children, you will have a lot of luggage. So that you don't have to take all the baby articles with you, we provide a range of baby articles free of charge. Please ask at our reception desk for more information.

Shopping facilities / Shop

Souvenirs, kiosk goods and a selection of household and food items can be found in our shop in the leisure park, which is open daily. For larger purchases we recommend the supermarket Coop in the centre of Brunnen and the large shopping centre Mythen Center in Ibach.

Departure vacation apartment

We ask you to leave the apartment clean:

- swept clean
- dispose of waste (we have a waste disposal point in front of the vacation apartment buildings)
- wash the dishes and put them in the cupboards
- remove the bed linen and put it in the bedroom

Washing up
Please pre-rinse the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. We will be happy to refill salt and shine for you.

Cooking
We ask you to use only wooden or plastic cutlery when cooking. Forks, knives, etc. will damage the coating of the pans.

Inventory
The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him and his guests. Defects must be reported as soon as possible, at the latest when the apartment is returned. Damages discovered after the return of the apartment can also be charged to the tenant.

Laundry service
The washing machines for vacation apartments work with coins. CHF 0.20 for 15 minutes. In the vacation apartments there is also a tumbler. We ask you not to take ironing board and iron to your room or apartment. This also applies to hotel guests. If you want laundry service, ask for a laundry bag from housekeeping.

Use of telephone
For an external telephone number, dial "0" followed by the desired telephone number (subject to charges). From room to room dial "5" and then the desired room number (free of charge).

Smoke-free zone
The hotel, the apartments, the hostel and the recreation park are smoke-free.

Radio/TV
Radio stations can be received via TV.

Barbecue
Out of consideration for other guests we kindly ask you not to barbecue on the terrace/balcony. In the forest park there are various barbecue sites at your disposal. Wood is available in the store or in the forest park (collect it yourself).

Pillow menu
In order to provide you with the most restful sleep possible, we offer a selection of special pillows. You can find the pillow menu on our app.

Waste

Waste s acks Waste sacks can be obtained from reception at the local rate of CHF 2.20 each.

Waste disposal There is a waste collection point for general waste, glass, green waste, sheet steel, PET and Nespresso capsules at the Bauen and Rigi houses.

Environment We take the issue of sustainability very seriously. We have been CO2 neutral and Green Globe certified since 2017. We are constantly working to improve our eco-balance with large and small measures.

Bathing landscape

Bathing area
The adventure pool, sauna area and Roman-Irish thermal baths are located in the leisure park, 1st basement.

Saunalandscape
Located in the leisure park on the bathing level. The spacious sauna area offers 400 square metres of different saunas and a varied infusion schedule. Admission is free for hotel and hostel guests. For guests in the holiday apartments we charge a small surcharge of CHF 5.

Roman-Irish thermal baths
Located in the leisure park on the spa level. The Roman-Irish thermal baths in the Swiss Holiday Park are the only baths in Switzerland with a brine bath and brine bubble bath. Special price for overnight guests, CHF 20.

Bathrobes& bath towels
Holiday apartment guests and hostel guests can obtain these for a fee at the pool cash desk. For hotel guests, bathrobes and bath towels are included.

Bathing costumes - sale/rental
You can buy bathing costumes at the pool cash desk. In addition, we have a small selection of swimwear for hire.

Gift vouchers

Gift giving made easy For every occasion and for every desired amount, you will find the right gift with us. In the online shop on our website you can order your desired voucher directly or print it yourself with print@home.

Payment

Cash machine A cash machine is located directly in front of the main entrance to the amusement park on the left side.

Foreign currency We are happy to exchange up to 50 euros per day and person at the hotel rate at the reception.

Credit cards We accept the following credit cards: Master Card, Maestro, VISA, American Express, Diners

Settlement at check-out With your signature, you can have all consumption in our house written on your apartment or room during your stay and settle the bill at check-out.

Flying-Fox

Flying Fox course Adventure, speed and adrenaline kick for young and old. The Flying Fox course in the forest park leads over 3 safe trails and platforms. You fly over rocky cliffs and enjoy the spectacular view of Lake Lucerne. Open from April to October. Minimum height, 1.40m. Minimum age, 8 years. More information at flying-fox.ch.

The reception team is at your disposal around the clock. Dial the telephone number +41 41 825 50 50.

Safe In the hotel there is a safe in the room. For guests in the apartments or in the hostel, we are happy to provide a safe deposit box at the reception free of charge. Please contact the reception staff.

Luggage The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and already want to use our attractions, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room. This also applies to your departure after check-out.

Post/Postcards We are happy to accept stamped post at reception. Stamps are available in the shop or at the post office (municipality). Postcards of Morschach, the Swiss Holiday Park and the surrounding area are available in our shop in the leisure park.

WLAN You will receive the access code for the WLAN at the reception (free of charge).

Kitchen towels Additional sets of kitchen towels can be borrowed from reception for CHF 5 each.

Sewing service Do you need help with a small repair on a piece of clothing? We will be happy to do it for you. Please contact the reception.

Dry cleaning Please contact reception for dry cleaning (subject to a charge).

Minibar In the hotel we have removed the fridges for environmental reasons. If you need a fridge for medication or baby food, you can borrow one at the reception for free.

Towels Towels are available at the reception for a rental fee. Set (bath towel and hand towel), CHF 8.

Defects We always try to repair all defects immediately. However, should you find a defect in your room or in the holiday apartment, we kindly ask you to report it to us.

Night porter Our reception is manned until 22.45. From 10.15 p.m. until 6 a.m. our night porter is at your disposal.

Tips for excursions in the region You will find a variety of tips for excursions in our app under Tips for excursions, as well as on our website shp.ch or at schwyz-tourismus.ch. Our reception team will also be happy to advise you.

Cultural Information on cultural offers in the region can be found on the Schwyz Tourism website (schwyz-tourismus.ch).

Stoos Tickets at special prices for the Stoos mountain railways are available at reception.

Packed lunch If you are planning an excursion or would like to take something home with you for the journey home, we will be happy to put together a packed lunch for you. Please ask at the reception desk.

Check-out

Holiday apartments
Until 10 am. Please do not forget to leave the apartment in broom-clean condition as agreed in the rental contract. We thank you for disposing of the rubbish, removing the bed linen, depositing it on the bed and putting the dishes washed away in the cupboards. Additional cleaning will be charged.

Hotel
until 11 a.m.

Hostel
until 11 a.m., please remove beds.

Tip:
Especially on weekends you should expect waiting times at the reception. To avoid this, you can pay your bill the evening before. You are welcome to use the pool area after check-out. You will receive the required entrance fee at the reception desk.

Wellness

Wellness & Spa Our Wellness & Spa area is located on the 1st floor of the leisure complex. Cosmetic treatments, massages and wellness baths can be booked by calling 5440.

Day Spa In our Day Spa, which is located on the 1st floor of the leisure park, you can enjoy wellness and cosmetic treatments. Let us advise you and book your programme early. Telephone 5440.

Lost and found

Report to the shop if you have lost or forgotten something. All lost and found items are kept there.

Sports / Games / Fun

Fitness Center Swiss Gym
The fitness center is located in the leisure park on the 2nd floor. With over 40 strength and endurance machines, a modern testing center and group fitness classes. The fitness team is available to answer questions by phone at 5467. Vacation rental guests receive discounted admission to the fitness center as well as discounted Group Fitness classes.

Walking Trails
The entrance to the Helsana Walking Trails is located at the information pavilion vis-à-vis the hotel. There are 3 trails in different strength classes.

Vita-Parcours
The Vita-Parcours starts approx. 200 m below the hotel in the forest park and is approx. 1.1 km long.

Playground
Playgrounds can be found in front of the vacation village Reka, in the forest park and about 200 m above the hotel at the school house.

Forest park
The forest park (recreation area) offers you not only a Vita-Parcours, here we also provide you with some nice barbecue areas. You can also enjoy the fantastic view over Lake Lucerne on a short walk.

Go-kart track
You will find the entrance to the go-kart track in the parking garage of the leisure park. Season April - November. In order to drive the kart safely, a minimum height of 1.30 m is required and a minimum age of 8 years is recommended. For younger children there is a traffic garden with mini karts next to the kart track.

Cinema
In our cinema we offer a family program free of charge to overnight guests. In Schwyz there is a public cinema.

Golf
In Morschach there is a 9-hole golf course. Further information: golfclub-axenstein.ch. Other golf courses in the area can be found in Küssnacht am Rigi, Holzhäusern ZG and Ybrig (near Einsiedeln).

Bike room
A bike room is located in the underground garage at the exit of the house Schiller and in the Landal parking garage as well as in the basement of the hotel. Access with the apartment key.

Ski room
A ski room is located in the basement of the hotel, in the underground garage at the exit of Haus Schiller and in the Landal parking garage. You have access with the room/apartment key.

Babys / Kids

Baby care
Our TOM's Happy Club also cares for babies and toddlers from 6 months to 2 years.

Babysitting service
We are happy to organize a babysitter for you (subject to availability) outside the childcare hours of TOM's Happy Club. Please contact the reception as early as possible. Costs: CHF 28/hour

TOM's Happy Club
You will find TOM's Happy Club in the leisure park, just after the main entrance. Take the stairs up to the right. TOM's Happy Club for your children 2 years and older is free and can be visited without registration (except for excursions and meals with registration).

TOM's Spielwald
You will find TOM's Spielwald on the ground floor of the amusement park, before the elevator and the stairs (towards the poolscape), on the left side. TOM's Spielwald is not supervised.
