Access to the Kids Club
Only children of overnight guests and fitness subscribers (during their training or stay at Swiss Holiday Park) are looked after in the Kids Club. TOM's Kids Club is free of charge for these guests.

• The meeting point for the little ones is always in TOM's Kids Club. We would be pleased if you bring your child up to 15 minutes after the start of the program. This way we can start together and avoid any unrest.
  
• If necessary, please bring spare diapers for the little ones.
  
• All children are given water and fruit as a snack. You are welcome to give your child something else, but please do not bring sweets. Thank you for your understanding.
  
• Out of consideration for the health of the other children, we ask that you only bring healthy children to childcare. Your child should be symptom-free (no runny nose or severe cough).
  
• Availability: Parents who drop off their children at TOM's Kids Club must be reachable by telephone and ensure that they can be at their child's place within 10 minutes at the latest.
  
• All caregivers have experience in working with children. They take part in child-specificemergency training courses and regularly attend further training courses in the childcare sector.
  
• We look after your child in a group. If you would like individual, personal and exclusive care for your child, we are happy to meet this need with our private babysitting service.
  
• After the time together, we ask you to collect your little ones from TOM's Kdis Club on time.
  
• TOM visits the children during breakfast in the Panorama restaurant at 08.45 to 09.15.
