Sauna area – relaxation for body and mind

Treat yourself to time out in our spacious sauna area – a soothing interplay between heat and cold awaits. Various saunas, steam baths, Kneipp and adventure showers activate your circulation, strengthen the immune system and give you new energy, while the idyllic outdoor area invites you to take time out.

Please note that the entire sauna area is a nude bathing area.

  • Before the sauna session
    - Shower before entering the sauna.

    In the sauna
    - Place a towel under your body.
    - Speak in a way that does not disturb the peace.

    - Refrain from eating or drinking.
    - Do not disturb other people.

    Infusion and cooling down
    - Follow the instructions of the staff.
    - Wait for the infusion.
    - Cool down outside.
    - Shower without soap.
    - Observe the cool-down phases.

    Hygiene and safety
    - Do not leave any soiling behind.
    - Inform the staff if you have any complaints.
    - Drink water or tea between sessions.
    - Stop using the sauna if you feel unwell.

  • No, personal sauna infusions are not permitted.

  • Yes, birthday guests receive a 30% discount on admission to the pool complex (adventure pool, sauna area, Roman-Irish thermal baths). This offer cannot be combined with other offers.

  • The sauna area is a textile-free zone - wearing swimwear is not permitted.
