Children up to the age of 15 enjoy our full-board offer (for hotel and hostel guests) and can help themselves to the children's and teenagers' buffet. The buffet includes breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks and drinks - a colourful selection of child-friendly dishes that the little ones will love.

Yes, we warmly welcome families. Baby car seats, booster seats and child seats are available in our restaurants. In addition, TOM's play forest is located in the immediate vicinity of the Panorama Restaurant and Ristorante il Gusto - perfect for playing before or after a meal.
We accept all common payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards and cash. If you are an overnight guest, you can also have your consumption conveniently booked to your room or flat and pay when you check out.
Online bookings are possible for groups of up to 8 people. For groups of 9 people or more, we will be happy to put together a customised banquet offer for you. Please contact our Meetings & Events team - we will advise you personally and plan your event in the restaurant according to your wishes.
