Relaxation meets thrills in the water park – it’s just like your own little water wonderland. The indoor pool (210 m²) offers a calming waterfall and a whirlpool for pure relaxation. Thrill-seekers will find what they are looking for on the 100-metre-long Red Mamba slide. Light and sound effects heighten the experience, while the built-in timing awakens your competitive spirit.
The outdoor pool (300 m²) with its white water canal, soothing bubble loungers, massage jets and a sunbathing area is a wonderful place to spend the day – for that water park feel. The steam bath indulges the senses with scents that change daily. The spacious kids’ area is an unforgettable bathing experience even for very little ones – with children’s slides, water play facilities, a fun rocky landscape and two paddling pools. With a constant, pleasant water temperature of 32°C, carefree bathing is guaranteed all year round.
The snack bar offers a wide range of options for a quick bite or refreshment between dips.

At what age are children allowed to enter the water park alone?
Children under the age of 12 are only permitted to enter the water park when accompanied by an adult.

Non-swimmers
Non-swimmers may only enter the water park if accompanied by an authorised adult. Non-swimmers are also required to wear a buoyancy aid.What swimwear is allowed?
In the adventure pool & the Roman-Irish thermal baths: Classic swimwear only (no underwear).
In the sauna area: Textile-free zone - wearing swimwear is not permitted.
Children up to 3 years: Must wear swim nappies (available at the pool cash desk).
Do I have to shower before bathing?
Yes, showering before using the swimming and plunge pools is compulsory.Yes, showering before using the swimming and diving pools is obligatory.
Eating and drinking is only permitted in the designated areas (Neptun snack bar or sunbathing lawn).
- Running & jumping from the edge of the pool.
- Chewing gum, hair colouring, shaving, manicures or pedicures.
- Bringing glass bottles or fragile objects.
- Reserving sunbeds is not permitted.- Emergency buttons are distributed throughout the pool area and should be used immediately.
- First aid by trained staff, alerting the emergency services if necessary.No entitlement to a refund if individual pools are closed due to renovation or operational reasons.
Lost property is kept at the pool cash desk or in the shop (level 0).
What functions do the chip bracelets have?
The chip bracelets serve as:
- Key for the cloakroom lockers.
- Access card for the Roman-Irish thermal baths and the sauna area.
- Means of payment in the snack bar and other areas.
How does payment with the chip bracelet work?
Consumptions are booked onto the chip wristband and can be paid for at the cash desk when you leave the pool area.
Are the chip bracelets available to all guests?
Yes, all guests receive a chip wristband for the duration of their stay.
What happens if I lose my chip bracelet?
Please inform the staff immediately.
Loss fee: CHF 150 (refunded if found again).Yes, the adventure pool is barrier-free. However, we do not offer a wheelchair lift into the water.
Yes, there are shallow water areas for non-swimmers and swimming aids at the pool cash desk.
- If you stay longer than the booked time, you will be charged an additional fee.
- The exact rate for overtime can be viewed at the pool cash desk.Can I use my mobile phone or camera in the pool area?
In the adventure pool: Mobile phones are allowed, but no photos or videos of strangers or underwater shots.
In the sauna area & the Roman-Irish thermal baths: Mobile phones, cameras and all devices with a camera function are not permitted.
Am I allowed to take photos for private purposes?
Only if no other people are recognisable. Underwater photography is generally prohibited.
Are professional photo or video recordings permitted?
Only with the authorisation of the management. Press and commercial recordings must be requested in advance.
What happens if I break the rules?
Guests who violate this rule may be expelled from the pool complex.
In serious cases, you may be banned from the premises.Yes, as a day guest you are also welcome to use the entire pool area (adventure pool, sauna area and Roman-Irish thermal baths).
