Questions and answers
Yes, a reservation in advance is required. Bookings can only be made online - unfortunately it is not possible to make a reservation on site.
Yes, the fondue gondolas can be booked for groups of two to four people. Theoretically, it is also possible for just one person to book. However, please note that the minimum purchase of CHF 60 per fondue gondola applies regardless of the number of people. If this amount is not reached through consumption on site, no refund will be made.
If there are more than four people, they will be allocated to the different fondue gondolas based on the tickets purchased online. For group bookings of nine or more people, please contact our Meeting and Events Team by e-mail: [email protected] or telephone: +41 41 825 58 00.
Due to the limited space and the heating & sockets installed on the floor, dogs are not allowed for their own protection.
Yes, reservations in the Fondue Gondola are limited to two hours.
Yes, the gondolas are set up for our popular fondue and no other dishes are served. If fondue is not your thing, the Schwiizer Stube is the best alternative for you - we serve many alternatives in addition to fondue.
Yes, radiators are available in the gondolas to ensure a cosy warmth. Blankets can also be requested from our service staff for extra comfort. If necessary, the temperature in the gondola can also be individually regulated by opening the windows.
Unfortunately, the fondue gondolas cannot be equipped with special child seats. However, we are happy to provide cushions on site to enable a higher and more comfortable seating position for small children.
We will be happy to put together an individual supporting programme for you, which includes a cosy dinner in our fondue gondolas. A total of seven gondolas are available for a maximum of 28 people.
