Where can hotel and hostel guests park?
- There is a car park in the hotel complex. The entrance is on the left in front of the main building. If this is full, guests can park on the parking deck or in the underground car park below the parking deck.
Where do holiday apartment guests park?
Each holiday flat has at least one reserved parking space in a separate underground car park.
- From an 8-person flat, two parking spaces are available.
- For a 12-person flat, three parking spaces are reserved.
Are there enough parking spaces?

How do I get to the Swiss Holiday Park by train and bus?
- Take the train to Brunnen railway station.

Is there a babysitting service outside of childcare hours?
Yes, we are happy to organise a babysitter (subject to availability) outside of regular childcare hours.

The adventure pool, the sauna area and the Roman-Irish thermal baths are located in the leisure park, 1st floor.
Sauna area
Located in the leisure park on the pool level. The spacious sauna area offers 400 square metres of different saunas and a varied infusion plan. Entry is free for hotel and hostel guests. There is a small surcharge of CHF 5 for guests in the holiday flats.
Roman-Irish thermal baths
Located in the leisure park on the baths level. The Roman-Irish thermal baths in the Swiss Holiday Park are the only baths in Switzerland with a brine bath and brine bubble bath. Special price for overnight guests, CHF 20.
Bathrobes & bath towels
Holiday apartment guests and hostel guests can obtain these for a fee at the pool cash desk. Bathrobes and towels are included for hotel guests.
Bathing costumes - sale/rental
You can buy swimwear at the pool cash desk. We also have a small selection of swimwear for hire.Yes, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room if you arrive early or would like to use our attractions after check-out.
Yes, we offer a bike and ski room for safe storage. Please enquire at reception.
As a rule, we change the bed linen in the hotel every 3 days. Should you require a change or need a replacement in the hostel and holiday flats, please inform the hotel reception.

We provide high-quality Sealy brand spring mattresses for a restful night's sleep.

Toppers with a visco foam Tempolux core adapt to the seasons and offer a pleasant sleeping experience - either cooling in summer or warm in winter.

Yes, please note the registration deadlines for the evening programme and other special activities.As a rule, towels are only changed in our hotel when you place the towel on the floor. This is a sign that you would like a change.
