Procurement of third-party services
Insofar as SHP procures or agrees services of third parties for the customer, it acts in the name and for the account of the customer. SHP cannot accept any liability towards the customer for the contractual provision of third-party services. For the procurement of third-party services, SHP charges the customer a handling fee of 10% of the order volume (min. CHF 75.00, max. CHF 300.00 per service).

Cancellation & rebooking
SHP reserves the right to cancel or rebook confirmed event dates without giving reasons and without time restrictions. If payment has already been made in this case, the event can be rescheduled at a later date. The sale of tickets does not constitute a distance contract within the meaning of Section 312b BGB. This means that the customer has no right of cancellation and no right of return vis-à-vis SHP. Every ticket order is therefore binding and obliges the customer to pay for the tickets ordered. This also applies to payment on site.
7 Superdome
The user rules apply to the use of all play equipment and facilities; these are displayed in the entrance area and in the play structures of the Superdome and can be viewed at any time. Guests are requested to read and comply with the user rules and to inform children accordingly. The rules are for the safety of all visitors. All play equipment may only be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in compliance with the following rules. Violations may result in injury. Instructions from the SHP and all its employees must be followed. All applicable prices and opening hours are displayed in the entrance and cash desk area as well as online at www.superdome.ch. An additional fee will be charged for additional services. Food, drinks and merchandise must also be paid for separately on site and are not included in the admission price. Guests are requested to keep their admission tickets for the entire duration of their stay and to show them on request. Animals are not permitted in the Superdome.
Duty of supervision
The duty of supervision and care is the responsibility of the parents or accompanying adults/supervisors, irrespective of our duty to ensure road safety. Children are therefore only permitted to visit if accompanied by a supervising adult. Children over the age of twelve may visit on their own, in which case a corresponding supervision form must be completed by a supervisor or guardian and presented at the ticket office. The SHP and its employees do not assume any duty of supervision or care, even if supervisory staff are provided for individual items of play equipment, e.g. the climbing wall.
Use of the play equipment
The instructions, safety rules and general information displayed on the play equipment must be observed and complied with. Use of the equipment requires consideration for other visitors. Accompanying persons are required to explain the rules of play to the child/children and ensure that they are observed. In the event of violation of the rules of use of the individual play equipment, the SHP and its employees are expressly authorised to issue warnings to children and adults and, in the event of recurrence, to ban them from the premises. In such cases, the entrance fee will not be refunded. Only the interior of inflatable equipment may be used. It is not permitted to sit on, pull oneself up on or jump up from the edge. Adults may not play together with children on the play structures due to the high risk of injury.
The following applies to all trampolines with a focus on the Superdome: Due to the risk of injury, trampolines may only be used with one person per jumping mat. Jumping is only permitted in the immediate area of the centre of the trampoline. Jumping from one trampoline to the opposite or neighbouring trampoline is also not permitted. Flips are life-threatening and therefore prohibited. It is forbidden to jump higher than the edge of the trampoline net. All safety rules for using the Superdome are displayed at the entrance and on the play structures and can be viewed at any time. The entry of personal data is required by the manufacturer for safety reasons. For insurance reasons, access to the Superdome is not possible without this information.
All vehicles may be occupied by a maximum of 2 small children or one adult and one small child. Driving is only permitted in the designated direction of travel and is at your own risk. The duty of supervision applies to all additional offers, see "Duty of supervision". In the event of non-compliance, the SHP reserves the right to expel the child from the facility. The toddler area is intended for toddlers and small children up to the age of 3. Disruptive children over 3 years of age may be removed from the toddler area by the SHP, its employees and toddler parents if necessary. The use of the escape doors is prohibited except in an emergency. For the safety of themselves and other children, children are not permitted to use their own toys in the entire play area. It is strictly forbidden to take hard, loose or sharp objects into the play area (this also applies, for example, to new birthday presents).
Accident and damage reporting
All facilities in the Superdome are carefully maintained, regularly serviced, cleaned and monitored in accordance with regulations.
Important: Injuries, personal injury or damage to property of any kind must be reported to the SHP on site as soon as they are discovered. All damage is recorded and documented in writing. After leaving the building following the visit, the possibility of a report expires and liability remains with the visitor or their children. After leaving the premises, details such as causation, direct personal injury or damage to property can no longer be clearly clarified or assigned.
Liability
SHP is liable in accordance with statutory provisions for intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, SHP is liable only in the event of a breach of an obligation whose fulfilment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligation).
Clothing
For reasons of hygiene, the entire play area including the climbing wall and the individual play equipment may only be entered with socks, and the Superdome only with proper jumping socks. Entering the Superdome with street socks is not permitted according to the manufacturer's instructions and for safety reasons. It is also not permitted to enter the play or toddler area with shoes or bare feet. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. For safety reasons, external zips or buttons and clothing with ribbons and cords are not permitted. For safety reasons and risk of injury, jewellery must be removed, especially in the Superdome area.
Food and drink - Smoking - Alcohol
Bringing food and drinks to booked birthday parties is unfortunately not permitted in the Superdome. With the exception of baby food and a birthday cake. Self-consumption is possible in the specially provided "picnic area". Eating and drinking in the Superdome play and trampoline area is not permitted. It is not permitted to take glass, china or cutlery into the play area.
Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Open fires are also prohibited, as are candles and sparklers due to safety regulations. Infringements may trigger an alarm from the fire and smoke early warning system. The costs of this will be borne by the perpetrator, unless the latter can prove that the costs claimed were not incurred at all or were at least considerably lower.
Capacity limit / cloakroom / lost property
Payment of admission, regardless of the form (including online or annual subscriptions), does not guarantee admission. SHP is bound to a maximum capacity of visitors due to the shape of the building and is obliged to adhere to this at all times. Exceeding the maximum capacity for safety and fire protection reasons is not permitted to any extent. Should the maximum capacity be reached due to an enormous number of visitors on popular dates, SHP reserves the right to restrict access.
The rental period of the lockers and valuables lockers ends at the latest at the close of business. The valuables lockers may not be left locked overnight. The contents of the lockers will be removed overnight. Lost property will be stored in the Superdome and, if not collected, will be taken to a regional lost property office at regular intervals.
Access is not permitted to
Persons with a house or hall ban, persons whose access appears questionable (e.g. heavily intoxicated), persons without a valid admission ticket, visitors with infectious diseases or open wounds.
Booking
Participation in the birthday packages or admission tickets on offer is subject to booking via the booking system. Bookings can be made via the booking portal on the website www.superdome.ch or directly on site at SHP. When booking online, the purchase is confirmed by e-mail. The customer submits a binding request to conclude a contract by clicking on the "Order with obligation to pay", "Buy now" or "Send" button. The customer can view and change their entries at any time before submitting the booking. The customer can print out and save the GTC via their browser and view them again before making the purchase. The booking number contained therein acts as a ticket. In the event of any problems, the visitor contacts [email protected] independently, e.g. by email
The person must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. The booking confirmation only and exclusively authorises the visitor to attend the booked event/jump time/birthday party on the specified date. The booking of an appointment can also be made verbally, by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, post, email or the contact form on the SHP website and is binding for the customer with the binding appointment confirmation from the organiser by SMS, post or email.
SHP shall ensure that customer data or participant data is not passed on to third parties without their written authorisation, unless this is necessary for event implementation and booking invoicing. SHP ensures that customer data is treated confidentially in accordance with the data protection guidelines.
Payment
A booking obliges the customer to pay for the booked tickets/birthday party/event. The prices stated on the website www.superdome.ch and www.shp.ch at the time of booking apply. All prices are final prices and include applicable taxes. Discounts (discount codes) and free tickets cannot be combined.
8. special services / wellness treatments
Special services and individual wellness treatments require a certain amount of preparation time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours, the SHP reserves the right to charge 80% of the treatment. If appointments can be rescheduled, the cancellation fee will be waived.

This also applies to the organisation of distribution campaigns of any kind. Advertising for organisations, associations, interest groups or personal ideas by any means whatsoever is not permitted on the entire premises and car park area and ancillary areas. Violations will be penalised in each individual case with a ban from the premises for an indefinite period and criminal charges for trespassing.
15 Video surveillance, filming and photography
The Superdome and ancillary areas are under video surveillance. Surveillance serves to ensure the safety of visitors and employees and to protect all facilities and equipment. The areas are labelled as far as possible. You are permitted to take your own photos and films for private purposes, provided that other guests are not disturbed or inconvenienced. However, professional photography and filming for commercial purposes is only permitted with the prior written consent of SHP.
