Management Assistant EFZ HGT (Hotel-Gastro-Tourism)
During your HGT apprenticeship, you will work in marketing, HR, accounting and reception. You will take hotel reservations, carry out check-ins and check-outs and manage payment transactions.
Are you organised, communicative and enjoy working with numbers? Then this apprenticeship is perfect for you!
Specialist in hotel housekeeping EFZ
As a hotel housekeeping specialist EFZ specialising in the hotel industry, you will ensure that guests feel completely at ease. Your tasks range from room cleaning and laundry to decorating and breakfast service. In the third year of your apprenticeship, you will also look after guests at reception.
Restaurant specialist EFZ
As a restaurant specialist, you make sure that guests feel at home. You give them a warm welcome, advise them on food and drinks and enjoy serving them. You will also be responsible for preparing, maintaining and cleaning the restaurant area.
Do you have good manners, are you communicative and can fulfil guests' wishes with empathy? Then this apprenticeship is just right for you!
Cook EFZ
During your training as a chef, you will learn how to prepare creative and tasty dishes from high-quality, seasonal ingredients. You will plan the daily routine, check the quality of the products and ensure an appealing presentation on the plate. Do you enjoy working in a team, are creative and attach great importance to hygiene and tidiness? Then an apprenticeship as a chef is just the thing for you!
