Switzerland's culinary cherry heritage

The founding house of the Rigi cherry - the only vintage cherry house in the world - hides Switzerland's cherry heritage from three different centuries. The oldest of these - a Rigi kirsch from 1885 - can be found in the walk-in kirsch sarcophagus. Discover the fascinating aromas and flavours of different vintages from different decades.
